The Kentucky Main Street Program is based on a four-point approach developed by the National Main Street Center.

Our mission is to enhance downtown Carrollton’s economic environment as a center of commerce while maintaining the character and integrity of the City’s central business district as an attractive place to live, work, and visit.
Our goal is to enhance the economic environment of downtown by maintaining the center of commerce that stimulates retail activity and private investment.
