Carrollton Main Street Program, Inc. is an accredited member of the Kentucky Main Street Program. The Kentucky Heritage Council developed the Kentucky Main Street Program to assist Kentucky communities with revitalization efforts in their downtown areas.
The Kentucky Main Street Program is based on a four-point approach developed by the National Main Street Center. The four components of the program are Organization, Promotion, Design, and Economic Vitality.
Our mission is to enhance downtown Carollton’s economic environment as a center of commerce while maintaining the character and integrity of the City’s central business district as an attractive place to live, work, and visit.
